Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which you will be
able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
available by the shipping provider.

Delivery Terms

Shipping Domestic Time
In general, transit time for domestic shipments is 2 - 7 days
International transit time
Typically, transit time for international shipments is 25-30 days. This depends on the courier you choose. Feel free to contact us when you select a courier at checkout and we can provide a more specific estimate.
Order Cancellation
If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. If the order has already shipped, please refer to our return policy.
Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and purchase a new item separately once the return is accepted.
Shipping Address Changes 
For shipping address change requests, we can change the address at any time before the order is shipped. We regret that it is not possible to change the address once the item has been shipped.
Exceeding Delivery Time
If the delivery time is longer than predicted, please contact us so that we can investigate.
