VIETDAI offers fast and safe shipping.
Standard delivery (4 to 5 business days) Generally, domestic shipping takes 2-7 days.
Over $50: Free express shipping on all orders
Below $50. Depending on the country/region, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, size and destination of the items in your order. Please feel free to contact us when you choose express shipping at checkout and we can provide a more specific estimate.

Order Cancellation
If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. If an order has already shipped, please refer to our return policy.

Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item and then purchase the new item separately after the return is accepted.

Change of Shipping Address
For change of shipping address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order is shipped. We regret that once an item has been shipped, it is not possible to change the address.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after you receive the item to request a return.
VIETDAI will gladly return your item to us as long as it is in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. The return shipping fee will be paid by the customer, so if you want to return the product, please contact us at vietdaihyundai@vietdaihundai.com to make a return request. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how to ship the package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted. Once complete, we will notify you by email. VIETDAI will refund the value of the item but not any shipping charges paid. Opened and used items are not eligible for returns.

To return an item, you should mail it to 850 Toftrees Ave, BLDG 1021, State College, PA, 16803, US (this location is the warehouse address).

Track Notification
After delivery, the customer will receive a tracking link from vietdaihundai@vietdaihundai.com, through which you can track the delivery progress based on the latest information provided by the shipper.
