Refund Policy


Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If it is approved, you will automatically receive a refund in the form of your original payment. Please keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next contact your bank. Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on special order items or gift cards.
