Refund Policy

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at vietdaihyundai@gmail.com.

 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after you receive your item to request a return. As long as your item is in the same condition as you received it,and returned to us in its original packaging, unused and resalable condition, vietdaihyundai.myshopify.com will be happy to provide you with a return. Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer and you should contact us at vietdaihyundai@gmail.com when you want to start your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a prior request for a return will not be accepted. Once this is done, we will notify you via email. (vietdaihyundai) will refund the value of the item(s), but will not refund the value of any shipping charges paid.

To return your product, you should mail your product to 850 Toftrees Ave, BLDG 1021, State College, PA, 16803, US(This place is the warehouse address).

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
